Play loud. Look louder. The DualSense Wireless Controller in Remix Green is part of Sony's Hyperpop Collection — a three-controller neon-themed drop launched in March 2026 that brings the most visually striking DualSense colourways ever released to the PS5 lineup. Remix Green shifts from deep, inky black to vivid neon green in a seamless gloss gradient that changes its appearance as you move it under light — the same DualSense hardware, entirely different visual identity.
The Hyperpop Collection was developed by Sony's Color, Material, and Finish (CMF) team and takes its design cues from the glow of RGB lighting found in modern gaming setups. The gradient moves from near-black at the grips to high-saturation neon at the face and touchpad — a finish that catches the light during play and holds its intensity whether the controller is in use on screen or on display on a shelf. Remix Green sits alongside Techno Red and Rhythm Blue in the collection, representing the highest-energy colourway of the three.
The hardware is identical to the standard DualSense — the complete PS5 controller experience with every feature Sony has built in, in a finish that looks like nothing else in the lineup. Haptic feedback through dual actuators replaces traditional rumble with precise, directional vibrations that simulate the physical sensation of environments, surfaces, and impacts — rain, gravel, recoil, tension, resistance — in supported PS5 titles. The difference from conventional controller rumble is immediately perceptible and becomes one of the features PS5 players cannot go back on.
Adaptive triggers on L2 and R2 apply dynamic resistance that changes based on in-game context — the pull of a bowstring becoming progressively harder to hold, brakes engaging with physical resistance, a trigger jamming mid-press on a weapon malfunction. The resistance levels are set by individual game developers and change in real time during gameplay. The built-in microphone enables voice chat without a headset, with a dedicated mute button for instant silence. The 3.5mm headset jack remains available for wired audio.
Compatible with PS5, PC, Mac, and mobile devices including Apple platforms. USB-C charging via the cable supplied with the PS5 console.
