Each booster pack contains 10 cards, 1 Basic Energy card, and 1 Pokémon TCG Live code card that unlocks the digital versions of the cards in the online Pokémon TCG Live app.

The story of Chaos Rising centres on the city of Neo-Cisco thrown into chaos as Mega Floette ex brings turmoil to the streets.
