Detachable baking dish. Made of non-stick carbon steel. Before first use, wash the baking dish with detergent, rinse and dry. 

Before baking, grease the inner surface with a little oil.

Do not use metal sponges, as well as detergents containing abrasive additives, chlorine and ammonia. 

Do not scrape the molds with a knife or other sharp edged utensils. 

Do not use baking dishes over an open fire or in a microwave oven. 

It is not recommended to wash the molds in the dishwasher.
