IP65 is the durability rating that sets the SolarTank-10PDQi apart from most solar power banks. IP65 means fully dust-tight (6/6 dust protection — no ingress under any conditions) and protected against water jets from any direction — meaningfully more robust than the IP54 rating of the Green Lion 5-Panel. A bank with IP65 can be used in heavy rain, dusty desert conditions, construction sites, and beach environments without protecting the ports from exposure. The rubber-covered port flaps seal each output to maintain the IP65 rating in use.
Three simultaneous charging outputs cover all modern device types. USB-C with 20W Power Delivery fast-charges the latest iPhones (15, 16 series), iPad Pro, MacBook via USB-C, and modern Android flagships via PD protocol. QC 3.0 on USB-A 1 fast-charges Samsung, Xiaomi, Huawei, and all Quick Charge-compatible Android devices at up to 18W. USB-A 2 at 5V/2A provides standard charging for accessories, earbuds, smartwatches, and backup devices. Qi wireless charging at 10W pads any Qi-compatible smartphone without a cable at up to 8mm distance.
The 300-lumen LED flashlight transforms the bank into a portable light source — 300LM is sufficient to illuminate a camp table, tent interior, trail section, or emergency area at night. The LED is controlled independently from the charging functions and can remain on while the bank charges devices simultaneously.
The solar panel provides supplemental emergency charging for outdoor use — as with all compact solar panels, the input is modest (5.5V/220mA). Full recharge from solar alone takes approximately 50 hours; the solar function is most valuable as an emergency trickle charge during extended outdoor stays when the primary 18W USB-C input is unavailable. Primary recharge via USB-C in 2–3 hours. 4-segment LED indicator shows charge level.
