This is an unfinished pleinair work of étude nature. A coastal scenery is depicted with fishing boats. The outgoing boats are visible on the horizon in the background. The gentle waves of the blue-green sea are spumously clinging to the costal stones. The coating cover is single-layer and very free. The colouring has fine tints of blue-violet and green.
