The 13 one-touch programs are divided into three categories. Six Soft Serve programs — Ice Cream, Light Ice Cream, Fruiti, Frozen Yoghurt, Soft Serve Gelato, and CreamiFit — produce the whipped, airy, dispensable soft serve texture that swirls into a cone from the machine's dispensing nozzle. Six Scoop programs — Ice Cream, Light Ice Cream, Gelato, Sorbet, Frozen Yoghurt, and Milkshake — produce the dense, scoopable frozen dessert texture that holds its shape when scooped into a bowl or cone. The Mix-In program — the thirteenth function — adds texture and inclusions (chocolate pieces, nuts, pretzels, fruit, biscuit crumbs, cookie dough) into an already-processed scoop after the main processing is complete, distributing them evenly through the finished ice cream.

The Soft Serve Handle with three speed settings gives physical control over the dispensing speed when filling cones or sundae glasses — pull the lever at low speed for a gentle swirl, high speed for a thicker-stacked serve. A single 480ml tub makes four ice cream cones. Two tubs are included in the box, so one can be processing while the other is already in the freezer for the next batch. The Re-Spin function processes an already-spun base a second time if the texture is too crumbly or powdery — the recovery function that salvages a batch that processed too cold.
