Phulae Pineapple is truly a natural creation of Chiangrai, a northernmost province in Thailand. Phulea Pineapple, comparing to other kinds of pineapples, is smaller and rounder. Once ripe, its flesh turns to Yellow with medium sweet flavor, crispiness and pleasant odor. Thai “Prik Glua” (Chili and Salt) is our traditional seasoning (fruit dip) with salty, and spicy flavor that amazingly rounds out the naturally sweet or sour flavor of fruits.
